Connection The text connects us to our real-life situation right now, wherein there is a global pandemic that we are facing. Our nurses are like Fatima. Even though some people are afraid to mingle with them because of their job (the warriors of this crisis), they still sacrifice their time, safety, and health to serve us, to serve people who are in need of medication, and to serve our country. 3. Alternate Title The Paragon Nurse 4. Author's Purpose The poet wants us to open our eyes and to not judge one another based on their race and appearances. He wants us to remember that we are equal even though we have different races, languages, and colors. The goal is one, and this is to eradicate racism, but instead to promote unity and peace. 5.
